• Placing a booking with The Carriage House signifies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

• Website accuracy: Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the website, and all tourist information is accurate at the time of publication, we cannot be held responsible for changes or matters outside our control. All tourist information is given in good faith, but no warranties are made regarding tourist information provided. 
   

• Booking and Payment: Bookings can be made by contacting us, and you will be asked to pay a deposit of €100. Bank account transfer information will be provided at time of your booking and on receipt of the deposit your booking will be confirmed by the email address provided by you.

• Payment in full for your booking must be made 90 days before arrival.

• Cancellation Policy

  - 100 % refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. 

  - 50 % refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 

  - No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

   

  We recommend that you take out insurance to protect against the risk of cancellation at the time of booking, your travel costs, medical cover, baggage loss etc.
   

• Should The Carriage House be unavailable for the period of your booking, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every attempt to relocate you to accommodation of a similar standard at the same rates. If this is not possible all monies paid for The Carriage House will be refunded to you without question, with no further liability falling on the owners.

 

• ​Your responsibilities: The property will be cleaned before your arrival and we respectfully ask you to remember that you leave it clean and tidy when you depart.

• Breakages should be reported to us please so that replacements can be supplied.​

​

• Damage caused by pets that require replacement or repair will be chargeable.

​​

• Please do not arrive at the property before 4pm and kindly depart before11am  on the day of departure. 

 

• If, however you do arrive before 4.00pm and the Carriage House is ready for    occupation, you will be welcome. If it is not ready due to the departure of          previous guests, you are welcome to leave your luggage and any perishable      food with us until check in time, leaving you free to begin your exploration of the area.
   

• Problems: Should you experience any problems with The Carriage House, please bring this to our attention immediately so that remedial action, if necessary, can be taken without delay. The owners retain the right to enter the property at any reasonable time to deal with any problems and to carry out repairs deemed necessary to the property or equipment. 
   

• Strictly no smoking in The Carriage House. Ashtrays are provided for you to        smoke in the garden only. If persons do smoke in the house and it is necessary    to fumigate due to excess smoke, then a minimum charge of £50 will be levied.

 

• Car parking is at owner’s risk.
